• Click on the links against the meeting date to view the agenda and minutes of meetings.
  
  
• If you do not have Microsoft Word on your computer you will need to download free Word Viewer software from the Microsoft website to enable you to see the reports of the Officers of the Council.
  
  
• Some larger files are in Adobe Acrobat format which requires additional software to be installed on your machine. You can download the free Acrobat Reader software from the Adobe website.
  
  
• If you do not have Microsoft Excel on your computer you will need to download free Excel Viewer software from the Microsoft website to enable you to see some documents from the Council.
