Home Finder is a free service offered to both landlords and tenants by The Enviromental Health Department.
The aim is to match available homes with prospective tenants.
For the Landlord we will provide:
- Free website advertising with photos
- Free tenancy agreement
- Access to professional property management services
All we ask in return is that:
- You provide proof of ownership and identity
- The property meets the decency standard under the "Housing Health and Safety Rating Scheme"
- The initial rental period is for 12 months
- Housing Benefit recipients are accepted
- Valid gas and electrical safety certificates are held
- An Energy Performance Certificate is provided
