  • Free website advertising with photos
  • Free tenant finder servics
  • Access to professional property management services

All we ask in return is that:

  • You provide proof of ownership and identity
  • The property meets the decency standard under the "Housing Health and Safety Rating Scheme"
  • The initial rental period is for 12 months
  • Housing Benefit recipients are accepted
  • Valid gas and electrical safety certificates are held
  • An Energy Performance Certificate is provided
