Working Out At Our Fitness Suite
customers either need to attend a gym indutcion or indicate that they do not require one when filling out their PAR Q (for more infomation please inquire at reception) in order to use our fitness suite, this will only take around 15 minutes.
To do this, simply call the leisure centre and speak to a member of the gym staff.
Once inducted you can visit whenever you want, making the most of our fantastic facilities as well as programmes and training advice from our team of qualified instructors.
If you used to be a member of Hermitage Leisure Centre and Ashby Leisure Centre & Lido and had a gym induction there, you may not need a new one. Please inform us when you contact us.
Opening Times
- Monday to Friday 9am until 10.00pm
- Saturday and Sunday 9am until 5.30pm
Session Prices
- Adult - £6.30
- Junior - £5.00
* If you are a Club Activ8 member then you can use your loyalty points against these prices at Measham leisure centres but it is only half price using points.
Please be aware that the following age restrictions are in place for using the fitness suites.
- 9 -14 years Cardiovascular equipment ONLY (parental consetnt forms must be signed)
- 14 -16 years Cardiovascular equipment ONLY (adult suppervision not requeird)
- 14 - 16 years all equipment (if suppervised by adult)
- 16+ all equipment (adult supervission not requierd)
