Food Safety

The Environmental Health Safety team is responsible for the regular inspection of food premises - restaurants and take-aways, pubs, shops and food manufacturers throughout the District of North West Leicestershire.

They are also responsible for investigating Infectious Diseases and advising businesses and members of the public on food safety issues.
