Grass-cutting on council properties | Due to wet conditions of the grass, we may not be able to cut all of the grass areas of our council properties at this current time; this includes our parks, open spaces and play areas. The Good Design SPD was adopted by the Council on 25 April 2017 following public consultation.
The Good Design SPD details the Council's policies for good design which are based on a series of place making principles. The policies apply to all development within North West Leicestershire and will also apply to any land disposed of or developed by the District Council.
