Appealing against the Rateable Value of the property

Your bill could be reduced if you feel that the Rateable Value attributed to your business property is too high. Rateable Values are set by the Valuation Office, an agency of the Inland Revenues. Information on how to appeal against your Rateable Value can be found on the Valuation Office Agency's website http://www.voa.gov.uk/

If you require further details about any area of Business Rates, please contact the Revenues Team.
