How to Make an Online Booking

• To use the online booking service you must have a username and PIN. If you have an Activ8 card then please contact your local leisure centre and they can issue you with this information. If you do not have an Activ8 card then you will need to register to use the On-line Booking Service
• Please note that bookings made between the hours of 12 midnight and 8am will be removed from the booking system
• Once you have your username and PIN please log on to to the online booking facility
• Enter your Username and PIN as requested
• Select the centre at which you want to make the booking
• Select the date you want to make your booking
• Select the activity that you wish to book
• Select the time that you wish to book
• Confirmation of your booking. If you have supplied an email address then you will receive a confirmation email
• To return to this page after making your booking click on the back arrow on your navigation bar

Activities Bookable Online at Hermitage, Hood Park and Measham Leisure Centres

You can now book the following activities online:

• badminton
• table tennis
• short tennis
• outdoor 5 a side football pitches
• sunbed and suntower - see note below (Hermitage and Hood Park only)
• squash (Hermitage and Hood Park only)
• outdoor tennis court (Hood Park and Measham only)
• health suite (Hermitage only)

Health Suite and Sunbed Booking - Important Information

Please note that even though the booking shows you session lasts for 19 mintues, your booking will last for a full hour and a half from the start time that you have requested.

If you are thinking of booking either a sunbed or suntower session then you must first have completed a sunbed skin analysis questionnaire. Dependant upon your skin type you can use the sunbeds 40 times a year. To complete your skin analysis please ask on your next visit to either Hermitage or Hood Park Leisure Centres.
