Situated in the middle of Measham, Measham Leisure Centre is ideally located to provide quality facilities to users from around the area. Provided by Measham Parish Council in conjunction with North West Leicestershire District Council the centre also offers a wide variety of activities to choose from.

June Half Term Programme Confirmed

Here is what activities we are running in the June Half Term break:

  • 3 Day Outdoor Tennis Course / Runs 6th, 7th & 8th June / 9:30-11:30am on all 3 days / £10 each for 3 days / 6-12 yrs
  • Kartz 4 Kidz / Thursday 7th June / 1st session 1:00-2:00pm / 2nd session 2:15-3:15pm / 4-9yrs / £6 each
  • Kids Club / Friday 8th June / 9:30-3pm / 5-12 yrs / £12 each / please provide packed lunch

Sessions will be cancelled if numbers are low. Booking essential for all activities. To book call 01530 274061.

New!!! Go Karting Parties at Measham Leisure Centre!!!

If your booking a Childrens Party at Leisure Centre why not consider our new Go Karting Party Package! This session is ran by Dave from our Kartz 4 Kidz sessions in half term breaks. Go Karting Parties must be booked on Tuesdays or Fridays. To enquire please call us on 01530 274061.

  Mini Dribblers for 3-5 Yrs

We have a new Afterschool activity running at the Leisure Centre for 3-5 yrs. It's called Mini Dribblers and is an Indoor Soccer Coaching session for young Boys / Girls and will run every Thursday 4:30-5:30pm. This session will be taught by Youseff Deiry and the Cost is £2.50 each, Just turn up!  For more info ring 01530 274061.

Block Bookings Available in 2012

Zumba Classes at Measham Leisure Centre!!

Zumba has arrived at Measham Leisure Centre!! Come & join the fun!!, We run 5 weekly classes, They are:

- Every Tuesday 9:45am with Kelly............also Zumba Toning every Tue 6:45-7:30pm with Gemma

- Every Wednesday 6:30pm with Sam

- Every Thursday 10:30am with Kelly

- Every Saturday 10:00-11:00am  with Gemma

Puddle Ducks Creche at Measham Leisure Centre

We also run a creche at Leisure Centre for age 12 weeks to Pre School on following days:

mondays 9:30-11:30am   Tuesdays 9:45-11:45am    Thursday 9:30-11:30am    Friday 9:30-12:30pm

Free Function Room Hire Available!!!

Why not consider us for a Party or Function at Measham Leisure Centre?  We have a large Bar Area (hold 60 adults) and a Sportshall ( 2 Badminton Courts - holds around 200 adults) available to hire on Saturday evenings. For more information give us a call on 01530 274061.

Whether you are looking to use the leisure centres two or more times a week or just once a week, on a low income, student, disabled a carer or over 60 there is a membership package suitable for you. Membership packages on offer include:

  • Fitness membership scheme - Monthly direct debit and annual membership packages
  • Leisure Link membership scheme - Membership packages for customers on a low income, students, who are carers or aged over 60 or people with disabilities
  • Corporate membership scheme - Membership scheme for companies wishing to reward their employees
  • Student membership scheme - Membership scheme for full time student

Additional Information

Tea Dances at Measham Leisure Centre

Measham Leisure Centre hosts a weekly Tea Dance class every Wednesday afternoon 1:30-4:00pm (includes Sequence Dancing). Cost is £2.50 per person. This class also includes a cup of Tea and Biscuits in the half time interval. For more information please call 01530 274061.

Booking Procedure

Casual Bookings - Casual bookings for all facilities can be made up to seven days in advance either by telephone or by calling in person at reception.

Pre-bookable Classes - Bookings can be taken up to seven days in advance. To ensure fairness to all users, only two bookings per person can be accepted. Payment must be received prior to taking part in the activity.

Cancellations - No charge will be made for sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. However, sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be charged unless the court or space is re-let.
