Comprehensive Performance Assessment (Cpa)

Comprehensive Area Assessment (Caa)

Comprehensive Area Assessments replaced CPAs in 2009/10. CAAs were scrapped in 2010, and no further assessments will be published. Council Delivery Plan for 2010/11
