Housing Performance Information

The Housing Service is split into the following service areas:

  • Housing Management
  • Repairs & Maintenance
  • Performance & Business Support
  • Older Persons Services

In order to determine how each service area is performing we have a range of performance indicators for each. From this list our tenants have compiled a list of the top 10 indicators that are the most important to them, these are known as the Tenants Top Ten.

Performance is measured using indicators which have target levels for us to reach. Each of the services we offer is monitored using a range of indicators.
