Lifeline Emergency Alarm System

A Lifeline Alarm is available to anyone who resides within the North West Leicestershire district and all you need is a telephone point and a 13 amp socket

The service involves the provision of a telephone link 24 hours a day between the Lifeline home unit in your home and the local monitoring centre.

Should you press the button on your pendant or unit, or a sensor be activated, a message is sent to the control centre where trained operators will take the most appropriate action, whether it be contacting a family member, neighbour, doctor or emergency services.

The Lifeline service gives security and peace of mind 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at a small rental charge which covers both the equipment and a monitoring fee,

We can also offer a responder service to our Supported Housing tenants which is available at evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

If you have any queries or require further information regarding the Lifeline Alarm, please telephone 01530 454817. Alternatively we can arrange for our Assistive Technology Assistant, Sadie Summerton, to visit you and give you a no-obligation demonstration so you can see how the system works.
