Submit Your Building Regulation Application Online

To submit your Building Regulation application electronically please go to Submit-a-Plan

Unfortunately we do not have the facility to accept payment on line at the moment, but if you have a credit or debit card please telephone the Building Control Section who can take your payment over the telephone. Please note that there is a small surcharge of around 2.5% on credit cards.

If you prefer to pay by cheque, please make the cheque payable to NWLDC, and reference it to the Building Regulation application if sending separately.
