Supported and Sheltered Housing

Supported Housing provides secure, comfortable, pleasant accommodation and has been designed in two different styles. Some have properties situated in one building connected by communal corridors, all linked to door entry and fire detection systems and additional communal facilities to those where the properties are individual flats/bungalows. They offer our customers added security and peace of mind. Extra assistance from a Support Officer where required can also be arranged.

All properties are fitted with a pull cord alarm system or lifeline connected to our alarm monitoring centre where you will be greeted by a friendly operator who will help where possible. The operators will also try to answer any queries you may have or contact other persons on your behalf, such as family, friends, emergency services or maintenance repairs at all hours, day or night.

Refer to our 'Related Documents' below for more information on supported housing or for more information about the lifeline system see the  Lifeline page in the navigation.
