Tenancy Agreement
If you are a tenant of North West Leicestershire District Council you will have signed a tenancy agreement.
The tenancy agreement is a legal document that outlines your rights and responsibilities as a tenant and the rights and responsibilities of North West Leicestershire District Council as a landlord.
It includes information on anti-social behaviour, rent, property use, repairs, hygiene, health and safety, animals, gardens, vehicles and ending your tenancy.
