Review of the Tenancy Agreement
Tenants are currently being consulted on proposed changes to the Tenancy Agreement. The document is a draft of the current agreement being consulted upon and takes into consideration views shared by members of the public at consultation events across December 2015
A Notice of Variation will be issued to tenants in January 2016 and Cabinet members will review the agreement in February 2016 in order to ratify the process. A final copy of the agreement will be sent out to tenants in late February 2016 which will be the tenants copy, coming into effect in April 2016.
The above timescales are subject to change and notifications will be posted out via NWLDCHousing Facebook and @NWLDCHousing Twitter pages
