View and comment on Planning Applications
Public Access Planning System
PublicAccess for planning is an on-line Internet service that allows you to view details including associated plans and documents of planning applications being considered by the Council. You can monitor the progress of an application, submit comments about the application, search a constantly updated list of applications received and decided each week, view details of many historic applications and view property details by reference to a map.
Limitations
PublicAccess is available online between 7:00am and 11:00pm seven days a week.
The online planning history contained within the site at present is incomplete (with a few exceptions, only applications submitted from April 2001 onwards are included) and must not be used as a substitute for carrying out a formal Land Charges search. For advice on commissioning a search, please contact the Council's Land Charges section on 01530 454513 or e-mail: landcharges@nwleicestershire.gov.uk.
No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions in the planning history information obtained from PublicAccess. Similarly the information contained within PublicAccess does not constitute in any way a formal notification of a planning decision, and as such any actions taken as a result of information displayed on the site are undertaken entirely at the viewer's own risk.
The facility to view application plans and documents is currently available in respect of applications submitted from 2008 onwards.

Copyright Notice
Plans, drawings and material submitted to the Council are protected by the Copyright Acts (Section 47 1988 Act). You may only use material that is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans. Further copies must not be made without the prior permission of the copyright owner.
