FABRIC FLOWER MAGNETS – Saturday 2nd April
We will be making lovely flower fridge magnets using scrap fabric and embellishments. Grown ups are encouraged to help the kids and enjoy a fun family activity together!

Adult Dance Session- in response to landscape - Moira
Venue: Furnace Plantation - Furnace Lane Moira, Swadlincote DE12 6AT, United Kingdom
Time: 1pm-3.30pm
Entry: £5
Aimed at adults with some experience of dance or creative movement. Young adults are also welcome if accompanied by an adult.
Miriam will lead us through a yoga- influenced warm up; creative exercises to alert and hone our senses to the landscape; we will be working towards a very short dance-film choreographed by the bird song.
Weather in April is unpredictable- please bring warm clothing that you can move freely in and sensible footwear.
Meet at The Wendy Hut- the little building with the green door next to the Moira Furnace car park.
Refreshments are available at The Hub Cafe, on-site.

Adult Storytelling- in response to landscape - Moira

Aimed at adults and young people accompanied by an adult. No experience necessary.
Join Miriam on a meditative, silent walk exploring ways to alert and hone the senses to the landscape.
We shall then gather found objects from the woods and breathe life into them, narrating and collecting our own instinctive stories.

Early Years Drop-in Session - Moira

This Drop-In Session will explore storytelling and creating our own characters from found objects in the woods. Please feel free to stay as long as you like- or just pop along and see what you think! It is not necessary to book in advance.
We will stay around the Storytelling Circle.
Weather in April can be variable so please bring sensible footwear and outdoor clothing.
Adults are expected to stay with their children. Although the artist is CRB registered and has PL Insurance, adults are responsible for their own young people throughout the sessions.
Refreshments are available at The Hub Cafe, on-site.

St George's Day Concert - with music by Melbourne Town Band (Last Night of The Proms Finale)
