Blackfordby book sale
Due to popular demand, we are holding another pre-loved book sale at Blackfordby Village Hall, Blackfordby on Saturday 4 June 11am - 2pm.
There will be a large selection of interesting books and puzzles, including a special children's section and lucky dip. Refreshments available.
The event was a huge success last year, and we very much look forward to welcoming you.

Tea Dance - Ibstock
Afternoon tea dance held fortnightly, all usual dances with lovely music - waltz, quickstep, foxtrot, plus latin and rock n' roll - even a few sequence dances thrown in for good measure! Future dates:

One weekend in kegworth
One Weekend in Kegworth is a family weekend bringing together the best of our local community. Starting at 5pm on Long Lane with Open Allotments with tours, children's face painting, apple pressing; CDVC Grow Cook Share will be there. Long Lane Equestrian Centre will be demonstrating Pony Club Games, Horse Football and offering Pony Ride. Fun runs at 6pm and 5m Long Lane Dash at 7.15pm - BBQ, Coconut Shy and other stalls to help you enjoy yourself. Look out for Kaggi- our founding Father of kegworth. Parlour Tricks in the Village Hall are there to entertain and entries for accompanied children are free

Country Craft Fair, Newtown Linford, Leics
A large and varied range of Country craft stalls and childrens entertainment with a cafe and a hog roast.Ran by Daisy Chain Weddings and Events.Being held at Sevenoaks Garden Centre Nursery,Newton Linford, from 10am - 4pm, situated close to the hugely popular Bradgate Park.Showcasing the work of new and established crafsmen and craftswomen.This really is an event for all ages.

Have some fun on the giant pink disco dome
Meet and greet with the Fairy Queen and all her Fairy Friends.
Take in the wonderful atmosphere whilst listening to the stunning vocals of local talented ladies and some musical performance groups who will be performing on the stage.
Advance Tickets available and bookings can be made in advance for treatment slots.
Support local Children's Charities and take part in the Grand Raffle to be drawn at the end of the event.
