At Hermitage and Hood Park Leisure Centres we have plenty of activities for the young at heart to get involved with.

Sequence Dance Engagements 2012

Do you enjoy dancing? If so, why not come along to one of sequence dance engagements at the Hermitage Leisure Centre on Saturday evenings from 7.30pm - 10.30pm and join in all the fun! Admission cost £4 per session.

Ladies Leisure Morning at Hermitage Leisure Centre

Do you enjoy playing sport, like to socialise and are looking for something to do one morning a week? If so, why not come along to the Hermitage Leisure Centre on Friday mornings from 9am - 12.30pm and meet other like minded ladies. There's plenty of exciting activities suitable for all ages and abilities including:

• Badminton
• Table Tennis
• Netball

and much, much more!!

There's no need to book and sessions cost £4.50 per adult and £3.40 for Leisure Link members. For mothers with young children, don't worry as Puddleducks creche will be open from 9am - 1pm to look after your little ones. So come on down and join in all the fun!

40+ and 50+ Activity Sessions

Hermitage and Hood Park leisure centres offer a number of activities specifically aimed at people aged 40 and over. Sessions cost £3.50 or £2.60 for Leisure Link members. Session details are:

Hermitage Leisure Centre

For an additional fee, participants can enjoy a session in the Health Suite containing Steam Room, Whirlpool Spa and Sauna.

Tuesday 9.00-11.30am: Forty plus session

• Badminton
• Table tennis
• Swimming
• Evolution fitness suite
• Gentle exercise class (9.30-10.30am)

Monday and Thursday 9-11.30am: Fifty plus session

• Badminton
• Table tennis
• Swimming
• Evolution fitness suite
• Gentle exercise class Monday and Thursday 10-10.50am

Hood Park Leisure Centre

Monday 9-11.30am and Wednesday 9am-12.30pm: Fifty plus session

• Badminton
• Table tennis
• Short tennis
• Short mat bowls
• Gentle exercise class Mondays 10.30-11.30am and Wednesdays 11.30am-12.30pm

Puddleducks creche is also open during sessions so that parents can take part whilst their children are looked after.
