Step back in time to the land of the Pharaohs when Ancient Egypt appears in market towns and rural centres across Leicestershire when areas are transformed into an oasis of fun whithin deserts of golden sand!
Follow the 'mummy's' street trail around the town and unravel clues that reveal the grisly facts of how to mummify!
Learn to write your name in hieroglyphics, create your own Egyptian mask, listen to stories about ancient Kintdoms or build a pyramid in the samd whilst 'mummies' and daddies relax in the deckchairs.
All concerts are FREE, so why not come along and bring your picnic and enjoy an afternoon of free, traditional brass band music.
