Pollution control - inspection and regulation of premises - dry cleaning
Under the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000 any dry cleaning installations using solvents are required to have a permit. Any installation being brought into operation for the first time must apply for, and be granted, a permit by SEPA prior to starting operation.
