Pollution control - inspection and regulation of premises - petrol vapour recovery
Under the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000 anyone wishing to operate an installation for the unloading of petrol into stationary storage tanks at a service station is required to apply for a permit from SEPA to do so.
