Application for a summary review of a premises licence

Notice is hereby given that the Leicestershire Police has applied for a summary review of the premises licence for the premises known as the

White Hart Inn
Market Street
Ashby de la Zouch
LE65 1AP

The grounds for the review are:

  • Association of the premises with both serious crime and serious disorder.

The applicant will be supplied with copies of any objections. A record of the application can be inspected at the Council Offices at the aforementioned address during normal office hours.  It is an offenc`e to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application.  Any person found guilty of such an offence shall be liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine in the sum of £5000.
