Tell us how we can improve our customer services

North West Leicestershire District Council is transforming the way that it interacts with its customers in response to new technology and a rapidly increasing customer appetite to interact digitally.

As part of this, we have drafted a Customer Experience Strategy to outline how we will deliver this change, and to reinforce our commitment to providing fair and open access to our services.

We are interested to hear your views on our current customer service model and on the improvements we are planning.
