North West Leicestershire District Council is transforming the way that it interacts with its customers in response to new technology and a rapidly increasing customer appetite to interact digitally.
As part of this, we have drafted a Customer Experience Strategy to outline how we will deliver this change, and to reinforce our commitment to providing fair and open access to our services.
