Roadshow returns connecting the community to local health and wellbeing services

For those seeking a fun, informative and inspiring way to start 2025, North West Leicestershire District Council’s (NWLDC) Health and Wellbeing Roadshow 2025 will be arriving at Whitwick and Coalville Leisure Centre on Friday 21 February from 12pm - 4pm.

Whether residents are interested in trying something new, obtaining expert advice on health and wellbeing, or simply finding an engaging family activity during school holidays, this event offers something for everyone.

In one of the biggest events held in North West Leicestershire, this free event aims to connect the community and families with valuable resources to support their health, wellbeing and overall quality of life.

The Marlene Reid Centre are providing free return transport for those that may struggle with travel. They will collect residents from home and take them back again. To book, please call 01530 512456.

The event will feature:

-          Over 60 stalls offering information and services for all ages

-          Free health checks and vaccinations to support your wellbeing

-          Expert advice and support on physical and mental health, carers’ needs, education, employment, and more

-          Engaging activities and services tailored for children and young people

-          Free children's activities and a climbing wall courtesy of Everyone Active.
