We should all aim to do some type of physical activity everyday to reduce our risk of developing several diseases. Being active is great for the body, mind and overall health.

One aim of the North West Leicestershire Health and Wellbeing Team is to improve the health of residents by increasing physical activity opportunities. Access our physical activity service. Let's Get Moving encourages every person to move more, do what they enjoy in bite size chunks. Take a look at our Lets Get Moving Page to recieve information and support with how you can get more active.
