Are you aged 14-19 years? Are you looking for something to do after school? We have two new boxing sessions.
What are these sessions?
Working with our partners Leicester-shire and Rutland Sport and the North West Leicestershire Community Safety Partnership, we have set up two fun, relaxed boxing and fitness sessions for our communties young people. These sessions include a mix of boxing coaching and fitness activites so you can burn of some energy and learn some new skills, as well as getting fit.
We want our young people to have more opportunities to be able to get involved in positive actitivites after they finish the school day. We need to together provide chances for young people to get acticve so that they can feel the benefits that being physcially active provide, and take ownership of their health and wellbeing.
Both of our sessions are delivered by fully qualified and experienced boxing coaches and we provide all of the equipmnet.
