The Council received the final Inspector's Report in respect of the Examination of the Partial Review and, subject to a number of Main Modifications, the Inspector found the review to be ‘sound’. |

The Council has published Main Modifications (NWL/10) for public consultation. A Final Sustainability Appraisal Report (NWL/11) has also been prepared, as has a schedule of Minor Modifications (NWL/12). |

The Examination Hearings will commence at 10:00 on Tuesday 15 September 2020 and will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams. The inspector has issued a draft programme for the hearings. This can be found in the examination library as INS/03. Her Guidance note for the virtual hearings will be published in the next few days. |

Given the current situation and to ensure that everyone with a right to be heard can attend the hearings, and that the examination proceeds as efficiently as possible, the Inspector has decided to postpone the hearings scheduled for the week commencing 12 May 2020. She is unable to commit to a date for the rescheduled hearings at this stage. Please check the examination webpage regularly for any updates. |
