The Examination Hearings will commence at 10:00 on Tuesday 15 September 2020 and will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams. The inspector has issued a draft programme for the hearings. This can be found in the examination library as INS/03. Her Guidance note for the virtual hearings will be published in the next few days.

All responses to the Inspector's Matters, Issues and Questions   document (INS/02) have now been published.  They can be viewed on the Hearing   Statements page..

Given the current situation and to ensure that everyone with a right   to be heard can attend the hearings, and that the examination proceeds as   efficiently as possible, the Inspector has decided to postpone the   hearings scheduled for the week commencing 12 May 2020. She is unable to   commit to a date for the rescheduled hearings at this stage. Please check the   examination webpage regularly for any updates.

The Inspector has published a revised list of Matters, Issues and   Questions. Issue 2 Question 3 has been amended for clarification.  It   can be viewed in the examination library as INS/02a.

The Inspector has produced a list of Matters, Issues and Questions to   provide focus ahead of the Hearing sessions in May.  It can be viewed in   the examination library as INS/02.

The inspector has produced a Guidance note which includes a draft   timetable for the examination. This can be viewed in the examination library   as INS/01.

The Secretary of State has appointed Louise Gibbons BA(Hons) MRTPI as   Inspector to undertake the Examination.

The Council submitted the Local Plan Partial Review to the Planning   Inspectorate on 18 February 2020.
