Housing Customer Portal
Existing North West Leicestershire tenants and those looking for affordable housing in the District can access services through our housing portal: myhome.nwleics.gov.uk
The portal is the place to go for:
- Managing your contact information
- New housing applications
- Viewing available properties
- Viewing and paying your rent account (North West Leicestershire tenants)
We will also be adding further content to the portal in the future including information about what is happening in your local neighbourhood and options for tenants to view and request repairs and other services.
You will need to register with the portal the first time you log in
Existing North West Leicestershire tenants should select the TENANT option and register using their Tenancy Reference number (found on your rent statement) and date of birth. Housing applicants who are not tenants should select the APPLICANT option and register using their email address and date of birth.
Further information on registering can be found on the portal HELP page which is available in the top left corner of the log in screen.
