In the summer of 2017, many of you took part in a survey that will help to shape how we improve our services. Here are some of the headline results to show how North West Leicestershire District Council is performing in the opinion of our tenants.
The next stage for us will be to compare the results with previous years and identify the priority areas for tenants. We will then build our service improvement plans for next year around these priorities, ready to survey tenants again in 2019.
