What is Parkour?
Parkour (also known as Freerunning) is a method of training to improve oneself physically and mentally, usually by preparing and attempting challenges. Parkour combines practical movement skills such as running, jumping, and climbing with creating a strong body and mind.
When and where are the sessions?
To find out more then come along to our info session on Wednesday 10th November 5.30-6.30pm at Hermitage Leisure Centre.

Age 7-11 6.30-7.30pm
Age 12-16 7.30-8.30pm
