What is Parkour?

Parkour (also known as Freerunning) is a method of training to improve oneself physically and mentally, usually by preparing and attempting challenges. Parkour combines practical movement skills such as running, jumping, and climbing with creating a strong body and mind.

When and where are the sessions?

To find out more then drop in to one of our sessions at Whitwick & Coalville Leisure Centre – every Wednesday (£7.50 per session)
