Let's get running in groups for health
Running is a fantastic way to stay healthy and active, whilst also providing a great opportunity to socialise and meet new friends.
We have running groups that you can join for free! (*16+ years old)
Starting on Monday 7th January 2019, every monday, at the following locations and times:
6.15pm Couch to 5K
7.15pm Social Jog Group
