As we all get ready for Christmas, the most wonderful time of the year, North West Leicestershire District Council are organising a day of festive fun in the town centre on Saturday 2nd December with events starting at 12pm.
Aiming to attract regular and new visitors to the town expect to see a Food, Drink and Craft Fair, Leics Co-op Band, music from Hermitage FM and walkabout entertainers in Belvoir Shopping Centre.
Coalville Market will host regular and guest stalls and there will be a final chance to see the Famous Fifty exhibition created by Coalvllle Heroes and come and enjoy festive entertainment in Memorial Square under the Clock Tower and against the beautiful Christmas tree.
From 11.45am the big attraction on the market hall car park during the afternoon will be the fantastic music entertainment programme which will be in full swing on the big stage while Santa and his real reindeer will be in the Grotto. Festive stalls, a fairground, food and drink will sit alongside in the build up to the Christmas lights switch-on and firework finale at 5pm.
