Customer services posterTo demonstrate our commitment to improving customer service and the customers experience when making contact with us, we have created a set of Customer Service Standards.

We recognise that there are areas of the Council that already deliver excellent service, and we want to make sure that all services are delivered to these high standards.

We want you to be able to challenge us when we do not meet our Customer Service Standards.

The Customer Service Standards will be reviewed every year to make sure they apply as the organisation develops.

The Council Offices in Coalville are open from 8.45am until 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
