Design and Access Statements

Design and Access Statements must be submitted in support of most types of planning application. Further information can be found within the Council's Guidance Note Design and Access Statements Guidance Note (PDF Document, 0.1 Mb).

The relevant legislative arrangements are found within the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Amendment) (England) Order 2006, and are summarised in DCLG Circular 01/2006.
