Using public land for an event

Are you organising an event on district council land?

If you wish to use North West Leicestershire District Council land for your event please request permission to do this in writing at least eight weeks prior to the event.  Information to be submitted with this request must include: 

• date
• time and duration of the event
• a plan of the area you wish to use
• nature of the event
• activities planned

Other public land

This could be land owned by your local parish or town council, Leicestershire County Council or Housing Association, the recommendation is that you contact these organisations at least eight weeks in advance.
