The Housing Service is aware that performance indicators are only part of the story about how well we are performing. We are therefore always keen to hear your feedback on how you think we are doing and how we can improve the service we offer you. We always aim to provide high standards of service, however, if we fail to meet, or if we exceed your expectations we would like to know so that we can put things right, learn from our mistakes, learn from our successes and improve our services when ever possible.
