Animal Welfare
North West Leicestershire District Council employs Animal Welfare Officers. Their primary role is to enforce laws relating to dogs, collecting strays and giving educational talks to promote responsible pet ownership. They are also on hand to offer advice on domestic and exotic species.
The Animal Welfare office is open from 0900 to 1700 Monday to Friday on 01530 454545.
