E-newsletters

We use a system called GovDelivery to send e-newsletters to our subscribed customers. 

The newsletters are used to update customers about council news and events, including surveys, projects and decisions that have been made about our services.

Topics 

• General news, decisions and events
• Surveys and consultations
• Enviro-news (information about recycling, zero carbon and enviro-crimes like littering fly-tipping and dog fouling)
• Health and wellbeing
• Waste and recycling collections. 

The email address we send from

Our e-newsletters are sent from an address that cannot receive replies. Your email from us will have the address enews@updates.nwleicestershire.gov.uk as the sender. 

Email preferences 

Customers can unsubscribe from any of our topics easily at any time using the ‘Unsubscribe’ button at the end of any of our emails to manage their subscriptions.
