We hold a number of pop-up events each year, visiting our residential areas to canvas what our tenants think of the area in which they live. The results of the visits will help shape Housing services.
In summer 2023 we visited the following areas:
Monday 3 July - 13:30 to 15:00 - The Close, Occupation Road and The Covert in Albert Village.
Thursday 13 July - 13:30 to 15:00 - Ravenslea in Ravenstone.
Thursday 20 July - 10:30 to 12:00 - Beaumont Road, St Bernards and Holly Hayes in Whitwick.
Tuesday 25 July - 10:30 to 12:00 - Ridgway Road, Baker Avenue and Staley Avenue on the Willesley Estate in Ashby.
Tuesday 1 August - 10:30 to 12:00 - Thomas Road, Whatton Road, St. Andrews Rise, Sutton Road and Norman Court in Kegworth.
Thursday 3 August - 10:30 to 12:00 - Hensons Lane, Main Street, Loughborough Road in Thringstone.
Tuesday 8 August - 14:00 to 15:30 - Linford Crescent in Coalville.
Thursday 10 August - 13:30 to 15:00 - Norris Hill in Moira.
Tuesday 15 August - 10:30 to 12:00 - The Biggin and Barroon in Castle Donington.
Tuesday 29 August - 14:00 to 15:30 - Stretton View, Measham Road and School Street in Oakthorpe.
Thursday 31 August - 10:30 to 12:00 - Haslyn Walk and Northfield Drive, Greenhill in Coalville.
We knocked on the door of 689 households and those responses will help shape Housing services for the next 12 months.
