Over a rolling two year period we aim to invite our housing tenants to an event in their area to give them the opportunity to speak to a representative from Housing Management including their Housing Officer, Housing Repairs and the Housing Improvement Programme (HIP). This will give them the chance to ask questions about their tenancy, log or chase a repair and find out when improvements will be made to their homes such as a new kitchen, new bathroom or replacement windows.
