The Performance and Finance Working Group meets every three months. The purpose of the group is to scrutinise financial and performance data, to offer insights and ideas from a tenants perspective and to challenge relevant managers whose departments are failing to meet agreed targets.

The group is chaired by the Finance Systems Team Leader and there are currently several tenants who are active members of the group and we are always looking for others to join. These meetings normally start at 10am and finish at approximately 12pm.
