Resident Involvement

The best way to improve council homes and services is to involve tenants and leaseholders. 

We've set out our aims to involve to improve services in our Resident Involvement Agreement. 

We are always looking for people to join us - together we can make a difference to your community. 

There are a number of ways you can get involved detailed below:

• Join the Tenant Scrutiny Panel to inspect the housing service
• Become an Empty Homes (VOIDS) Inspector to make sure our properties meet our lettable standard
• Join our Policy reviews and focus groups mailing list
• Become a champion of your Sheltered Scheme by coming along to our Sheltered Scheme Surgeries
• Help edit Intouch by joining the Intouch Editorial Panel
• Become an Estate Evaluator to make sure our estates look their best
• Join the Recruitment Panel and help recruit housing staff
• Find your local Tenant Association (TA) or help set one up
• View our current Housing Performance Data
