Should you wish to submit a planning application, we recommend you submit it using the Planning Portal and make the fee through the planning portal too.
Alternatively, you can submit an application by e-mailing us the following information:
1) Application form;
2) Any other plans or documentation outlined in the National and Local Requirements for Planning Applications (July 2013) (Word Document, 1.71 Mb) appropriate to your development;
Please note we are unable to accept plans larger than A3 sent by post or handed in at our Customer Service Centre.
3) Application fees - to ascertain the fee use the planning portal

If you are submitting an application to us by email, please can you also make the planning application fee by BACS using the following details:-

4) Once the fee has been paid, please submit your application to us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and confirm that the fee has been paid by BACS.
If you are unable to make payment by BACS please call 01530 454665 and a member of our Planning Support Team will be able to take a card payment.
You can also pay the fee using the self-serve machines at our Customer Service Centre in Belvoir Road in Coalville.
