Please download the following Candidate election expense and Declaration forms to complete and return to the Returning Officer at NWLDC, PO Box 11051, Coalville, LE67 0FW or email to electreg@nwleicestershire.gov.uk by Thursday 8 June 2023 or the following day if result declared after midnight of polling day.

Failure to send in a return (even a "Nil" return) or declaration within the prescribed time constitutes a corrupt practice.

PLEASE NOTE:- The date required for the Notice of Election which is to be included on the expenses formis Monday 20 March 2023.

Expenditure for local elections is limited by law and is £806.00 Plus 0.07p for each entry in the Register of Electors for the appropriate electoral area.  This total is reduced for joint candidature.
