If you choose to use the Fitness Suite then all new users are permitted to undertake an induction, this will be delivered online at Whitwick & Ashby but in person at Ibstock.

Community classes will need to be booked before hand for the initial session so the instructor can assess the referral to ensure suitability, after this booking is not required.

Using the fitness suite after undertaking the induction they are not required to book they can attend at any time. It is always advisable though to attend at the specific sessions provided for exercise referrals though.

It is advisable though not always necessary to reserve places for Aqua Aerobics and any dry-side studio based activity. This will guarantee you your place and also in the event of a cancellation provide us with your contact details so we can inform you.
