Before the Planning Committee meets, the planning officer will prepare a report, which will be included in the agenda.

The agenda will be published at least five full days before the meeting.

Speaking at Planning Committee

Applicants, ward members, authorised parish / town council representatives, members of the public and agents are allowed to speak for or against applications at Planning Committee.

If you want to speak to on an application then you must register to speak before midday on the Friday in the week before the meeting (or within the time specified within the notification letter should the date of Planning Committee change). Members of the public are allowed a maximum of three minutes to speak.
