Sport

Change4life - Have some great ideas for your child to become more active.

Local Youth Clubs

Measham Youth Club - The emphasis is on helping young people to develop their potential whilst having great fun in a safe environment.  This is achieved by lots of physical activity such as sports tournaments, together with life skills such as cooking, archery or cycle maintenance.  We also have large amounts of art and craft materials which are in use every session. We often hold events for celebrations that happen throughout the year, including a Halloween party, bonfire night BBQ and Christmas events.

Castle Donington Fused Youth Club - A safe space for young people to socialise, play games, relax, meet new children, play snooker/ table hockey, table football and use the facilities.

Scouts and Girlguiding

Scouts - Help children and young adults reach their full potential. Scouts develop skills including teamwork, time management, leadership, initiative, planning, communication, self-motivation, cultural awareness and commitment. We help young people to get jobs, save lives and even change the world.

Girlguiding - Whether your child wants to join Rainbows (4-7), Brownies (7-10), Guides (10-14) or Rangers (14-18), we offer a safe, girl-only space in which your child can build confidence, learn new skills and discover who they want to be. We’ve got an action-packed programme with something for every girl, and we work to be truly girl-led in everything we do.
