Housing choices team
The Council's Housing Choices Team provide housing advice and support for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Contact the Housing Choices Team.
Streetlink
StreetLink is a national rough sleeping website that enables the public to alert local authorities in England about rough sleepers in their area. You can report someone who you think may be sleeping rough via their phoneline: 0300 500 0914 or website: www.streetlink.org.uk

Homeless Transitions Service
The Bridge in Loughborough have a project to support rough sleepers who have been invoved in the criminal justice system called the Homeless Transitions Service. Once we were soldiers
Once We Were Soldiers is a locally based charitable organisation who work to support ex-services personnel who have ended up homeless and sleeping rough. They offer practical support and understanding to those who may be finding it difficult to adjust to civillian life or who may be suffering from mental health conditions such as PTSD following active service. Severe weather
Extra support is available to rough sleepers or those at risk of sleeping rough in severve weather conditions in order to prevent loss of life. The Council works with local organisations to ensure that anyone sleeping rough is offered emergency support during cold weather periods.
