When is my next bin collection?

Home » For residents » Recycling and Refuse » Collecting your waste » When is my next bin collection?

Dennis, Clock & ContainersCollection times: Tuesday to Friday, 6am until 6pm

Use your postcode or address to see when your next bin collection is.

You can also put your postcode or type your address into the 'My location' box on this page.

Waste collection calendars are available to view and download at the bottom of this page.

Putting your bins out

Please make sure your waste containers are out by 6am on the correct collection day (or put them out the night before).

Please put your bins, boxes and bags at the edge of your property next to the road so that they are highly visible and accessible to the crew.

Please remove your bin as soon as possible after collection and in any case before noon on the day after collection so it doesn't get in anyone's way.

We own your bins, but you're responsible for their upkeep and safe keeping. If you lose or damage your bin we may charge you to replace it.

Disabled, elderly or other vulnerable residents who are unable to move the bin could benefit from our assisted bin collection service.

Service changes

As our crews work Tuesdays to Fridays there are no disruptions to the service on Bank Holiday Mondays.

The crews work on Good Friday - so there is no disruption at Easter.

Our collection service will only be disrupted at Christmas. We'll tell you about special collection arrangements for holidays before they happen on the annual waste collection calendar, which are delivered to homes in November. Details will also be published on this website.

Following reports from residents, we’re reminding dog owners to keep dogs away from our enclosed play areas. This is to avoid breaching a public space protection order which protects children’s play equipment from being damaged. If caught, it could lead to a £100 fine.
