The benefits that staying physically active can provide for good health are overwhelming, so if you are looking for a class you can join for the first time, or one to help you get back into exercise, or to stay active, then take a look at our community 'Staying Active Timetable'.
All of these classes accept beginners, intermediates and those more advanced, and are open to all ages (over 16 years). There is a mixture of classes set both in our leisure centre venues, and out in the community at public venues, and you do not require a referral to take part.
