We are required by government to identify enough sites to provide a minimum of five years' worth of housing against the Local Plan housing requirement of 481 dwellings per annum. The 2022/23 Five Year Housing Land Supply Statement shows which housing sites are expected to be built in the district between 01 April 2023 and 31 March 2028.
